How to measure for shutters
Recommended shutter widths per window
The width of your shutter depends on the available space around your windows, as well as appearance. For an appearance of functioning shutters, the width of your shutter should be half the width of your window. However, you may choose a design that will not overpower the window; rather it should complement the paint scheme and architectural elements of your home. Use the following chart to help select the right width for your windows:
Pricing on shutters includes shipping to the 48 contiguous states and Canada. Additional charges will apply for shutters and other products that exceed UPS' maximum (108”) length. Products to be shipped standard ground via Yankee Shutter's preferred carriers, which are subject to change without notice. Any customer requested special requirements may result in shipping costs that will be added to the invoice. All duties, taxes and other charges are the responsibility of the customer. Minimum billing 30" shutter length.
